How do floors get so yucky with just the two of us walking on them?!?!
So this has been my chosen cleaning weapon on my kitchen, entry, office, and three bathroom floors.
WHY WHY OH WHY??!
I can't believe I have not used this dandy little cleaning tool more.

I'm pretty confidentI have not used it due to my need for perfection in house cleaning. Right or wrong I feel like getting down and scrubbing my floor gets more germs off. My mom used to do it like that when she really did deep cleaning and I guess that always stuck with me. i love the feeling of a deep-cleaned house.
BUT I choose NOT to consider the fact that this pain-stakingly long and thorough cleaning process then only takes place -tops- of twice a month. Hummmm...
So pondering this, I ran to Target and decided to get a mop. I aim to used it at least once a week, to wipe away our summer, bare-footedness off the floors.
I was thrilled, because it actually did a fine cleaning job, and was quite speedy, easy on my back, and did I mention how FAST?!
What do you do "the old fashioned way" because of habit or way of thinking- but have discovered along the way, it isn't always neccessary or the best?
